Honey, Soy Sauce & Orange

Fish sauce

You will need:

  • 250ml fresh cream

  • 1tbls honey

  • 1tbls soy sauce

  • 1tbls butter

  • squeeze of orange juice

 

Mix ingredients & warm over a low heat. BBQ whole cleaned trout/ salmon wrapped in foil for approx 5-10 min each side until tender.

Pour sauce over cooked fish and serve.
